Please love your imagination and let it blossom. With kindness, compassion, and courage, let's support each other to heal, try, discover, move with wonder, and not just realize but surpass our collective and individual potentials. May we enjoy being bold together; may we make radiant magic together.

I am a multidisciplinary artist, community leader, and lifelong learner working across a range of fields, including choreography, social justice, global health and public health, design thinking, healthcare, social practice art, public speaking, visual storytelling, and policy and patient advocacy.
With an educational and professional background in visual and performing arts and social and health sciences, I approach problem solving, artmaking, and social justice with a critical and creative lens, deep heart, a keen social-emotional intelligence, and a value set that bolsters building healthy, thriving relationships.
Both internationally and domestically, I have developed, managed, and grown initiatives addressing needs in HIV/AIDS prevention/treatment/care, LGBTQAHK2+* rights, sexuality research, digital health innovation, safety-net populations, and the intersection of the arts with urban planning. I have been fortunate enough to be an Appointee on the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS under the Obama Administration; a founding member of the first ever Rainbow Pride March in Chennai, India while serving as an AIF Clinton Fellow; and a guncle to three amazing niblings.

As a choreographer and dance instructor, I feel so grateful that I get to bring joy to people's lives through dance. I pride myself on creating and teaching dances that are accessible to all skill levels (including complete beginners), FUN FUN FUN to learn, and delightfully entertaining for audiences. I mix a range of dance styles in my choreography, including hip-hop, pop, bhangra, Bollywood, bharatanatyam, house, and West African. I'm continuously crafting and evolving my "desiqueer diaspora" dance style.

I received a master's degree in global health science from Oxford and a bachelor's degree in psychology (with significant work in the arts and social justice) from Brown. You can find details about my professional experiences on LinkedIn. For a PDF of my resume, feel free to contact me.
